Went in to pick up some parts. lady at front counter was very helpful in finding right parts (I fix my Mclane’s myself), and mechanic came out to talk to me about the specific carb I had & what could be done with it. 2nd time there a few weeks later to get some other parts for another mower, same thing- mech took the time to explain to me why i didn’t want to buy a cut off switch to replace my broken one- as the price was 43 bucks – told me they use to be 8, then Briggs & Stratton raised the price- helped me find a used one for alot less. I’ll be back & use them when I can’t get something done myself.
